I really liked how they built and decorated this place; gives tulum/turkish vibes all around. Its located in downtown Merida and you can sit on the balcony and watch the surroundings which i found entertaining. Nice views from the balcony. The food was something different and i really enjoyed; i had their own version of benedictine eggs, and they’re tasted great. Service was great both the hostess to waiter. Price was a bit higher than other places we had breakfast at, but reasonable and worth it.

Stepping into this restaurant feels like being transported into a vibrant celebration of life and culture. The moment you walk through the doors, you are enveloped in a festive atmosphere that exudes warmth and charm. The modern decor with cute accents creates a visually appealing backdrop that invites you to relax and enjoy your experience. The hospitality here is nothing short of stellar. From the welcoming smiles upon arrival to the attentive service throughout your meal, the staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. They are knowledgeable about the menu and more than happy to share their recommendations, ensuring that your dining experience is not just a meal but a memorable event. As for the menu, it is a delightful homage to Mayan culture, showcasing traditional flavors with a contemporary twist. Each dish is a journey through rich culinary heritage, and the attention to detail in presentation is remarkable. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Margaritas. Strong and tantalizing, they perfectly complement the robust flavors of the food. Sipping on one while soaking in the lively ambiance made for an unforgettable experience. If you happen to visit during Jalan Pixan (Dia de Muertos), do not miss the chance to try the Pib. This traditional Mayan dish, reminiscent of a tamale but with unique twists, embodies the spirit of the celebration. It’s rich, savory, and truly a feast for the senses. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Mayan cuisine in an atmosphere that is both festive and modern. The vibrant ambiance, stellar hospitality, and mouthwatering dishes make it a destination you won't soon forget. Whether you’re a local or a traveler, make sure to indulge in this culinary gem—it’s a celebration of flavors and culture that deserves to be savored!

Excellent food and service. I got to seat outside, in a little terrace and enjoyed the view and the breeze.

My partner and I visited Le Makech during our time in Merida, which fell over our anniversary. We let the restaurant know it was a special occasion when we booked and I requested a window seat at breakfast time. The restaurant did not disappoint, we were so impressed! The view from our table, which was positioned outside on a small balcony, was stunning (we had a full unobstructed view of the Iglesia el Jesus church to enjoy) and the restaurant itself was stylish and very photo-worthy. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially our waitress Carina, and at the end of our breakfast they brought a surprise treat to the table, which was a delicious meringue. Would absolutely recommend visiting!

Friendly staff the minute you show up at the entrance most important part of a amusement experience. Of course the main event of the property is the cenote cave a world class experience. The rooms and restaurants were first class if you want to get away from the busy large resorts this is the place it’s a boutique first class experience with privacy at night.

A unique upstairs location for this hidden gem of a restaurant. We chose one of the balconies that overlooks Calle 59 and Calle 60 across from the church and Parque de la Madre. Great views! We each opted for a traditional Yucatecan dish, cochinita pibil. We have had this dish on many other occasions, but we both agreed it was probably the best version we had ever had. Very tender meat and really nice flavours. Lots of great photo opportunities in the restaurant as well. Really modern, interesting decor. Highly recommended.

Here's the translation of your review into English: "Fantastic restaurant right next to the cathedral. You can watch the bustling city life from the sweet balconies. Perfect for breakfast as you can sit in the sun and enjoy extremely delicious food. The interior decoration is also very stylish.

We absolutely love the vibe of this restaurant in the heart of central Yucatan. The interior is cool and calming, creating a relaxing atmosphere. They have a cute balcony setup that offers a vibrant, beautiful view of downtown. We loved the food and drinks we ordered, everything was delicious! We went at the last minute to celebrate my birthday, and they were so kind to surprise me with a decorative cake for free! I’ll definitely be back again.
